Every pet is unique, and we believe the best care starts with getting to know them. That's why we offer a complimentary Meet & Greet before your first booking.
This relaxed visit gives us the opportunity to meet you and your pets, learn about their routine, answer any questions you may have, and ensure we're the right fit for each other.
Our goal is to make sure both you and your pets feel comfortable and confident before we begin caring for them.
The appointment usually takes around 30–60 minutes, depending on the number of pets and the services you've requested.

Authorises us to seek veterinary treatment in an emergency if you're unavailable.
Service Agreement
Our terms and conditions, booking procedures, cancellations, responsibilities and payment information.
Key Holding Agreement (if required)
If you'd like us to securely retain your house key between bookings.
Medication Consent Form (if applicable)
Permission to administer medication according to your instructions.
Photo & Social Media Consent
Your choice on whether we're allowed to share photos of your pets on our website or social media.
